Free Venue Finding and Booking Service (Conferences / Events)

Over the last 10 years our team have worked at many venues throughout the UK and are more than happy to search for suitable venue specific to your conference / event specification and location. We simply take some details and then we’ll provide you with a comprehensive venue finding proposal of options for you to choose from, knowing that all of the venues would be suitable for your event.

Group Accommodation Reservation Service

We can also assist with venue finding and managing the venues for your group accommodation requests. We offer this free service for a minimum of 10 room nights (1 room for 10 nights through to 10 rooms for 1 night) and above.  

Pre Conference / Event Facilitation Service

Use our vast experience in this area and have a stress free time organising your conference. We can facilitate virtually all your conference and event needs from chasing delegates to liaising with the venue to issuing instructions to speakers, to registering attendees, the list is endless!

Our daily facilitation fee is £275.00 + vat per day + expenses where appropriate, however we are happy to look at project package costs for large conferences and events, which will be dependent on the forecasted amount of days work and level of responsibility for your event.

On Site Conference / Event Facilitation Service

Following on from our Pre Conference / Event Service or as a standalone service in itself, we are happy to facilitate on site at your event as it happen. If we have been looking after the event prior to arrival, this will keep consistency and continuity for your delegates.

Our daily ‘on site’ facilitation fee is £275.00 + vat per day + expenses, meals and accommodation where appropriate, however we are happy to look at project package costs linked with the pre event service for large conferences and events, which will be dependent on the forecasted amount of days work and level of responsibility for your event.

Conference / event general assistants are available from £137.00 + vat per day + expenses, meals and accommodation where appropriate.
